Can have this hotel as the last option
The AC was making too much sound the whole night and when complained the receptionist said technician will come but no one turned up. We were so tired that we slept that night or else would have been very hard to sleep with the roar of AC.
Service was not received for the amount paid.

I like the location only.
Washroom was dirty. Drain was blocked and no one came to open it. Taps leaking.

Good
The location is really good and you get value for the money in terms of proximity to Haram.
The cleanliness of the facility and room service was not done throughout my stay. Noise from the AC in the room couldn't allow me to sleep on first day.
